2 Weeks Bare-face Challenge

Hi and Assalammualaikum,

This is another step to be beautiful. I believe that women in this world would put up some makeup on their face, either in dramatic or in natural mode. Some may use lots of product and some may use just lipbalm. For me, normally I will use foundation/BB cream, pressed powder/loose powder, brow&eyeliner, blusher, lipstick, mascara, eyeshadow and many more. I keep putting these every single day no break at all. Then I realized my skin look so terrible after I remove the makeup. How bad I am letting my skin drowning in makeup not even have chance to rejuvenate.

Now it's time for me give my skin a new life to breath and feel the air. In two weeks time, I will not touch any makeup not even do my eyebrows not even concealer just UV cream n lipbalm.

Day 1: Above picture is what I was looked like. Tired eyes, dried and oily skin, puffy eyes and no radiant plus ashamed.
Day 2: My skin just looked the same but I started drink mineral water A LOT.
Day 3: I noticed when I wake up in the morning, my oily faced a little bit reduced
Day 4: Since I consumed lots of water, I sweat n urinate a lot. It was so easy to swipe my face without worrying my makeup would smudging.*coz I didn't wear any 
Day 5: I started to gain confident going to lecture class without makeup and ate healthy stuff*no junk-food/fast-food/oily food.
Day 6: In the  morning, I touched my face and it super clean like baby skin.
Day 7-14: so far so good and my skin recovered quite impressive. No pimples, moisturized, super cleaned and well rested
